We currently deliver across India.
At this time, international shipping is not available.

Estimated delivery times are:

Shipping Charges

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible PIN codes.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable). You can track your shipment using the tracking information provided.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners generally make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the order, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and PIN code are correct before placing your order.
Elitto Store is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Damaged, Lost, or Tampered Packages
If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse the package if possible and contact us immediately.
If you discover any damage after accepting the delivery, please notify us within 48 hours and include clear photographs of:

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for more information.
